The FCC IDs KR55WK48903 / KR55WK49622 do not match what’s required for a 2011 Infiniti M37x. So, unfortunately, that particular 2‑pack you mentioned is not compatible with your M37x, since the fob/key type and immobilizer/transponder needed are different.
