The Hudson Lock CW-23RM cutting wheel is specifically designed for HPC 9120RM (and the similar 9220RM) key cutting machines.
However, it is not compatible with the 9160 series of machines—which includes the 9160MC—because those use a different standard cutter, the CW-23MC.
