Have a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and my immobilizer light is not on however my hazards and horn sound as if the panic alarm has been set my key fob is broken and the Jeep set for a very long time after putting a battery in it it will start and run but the lights will not stop flashing, so I need a scan tool capable of programming in ECU as if I was replacing one so I need to rewrite the VIN we learn all the modules and program a key
