Why won't your customer service fully refund this item when you shipped a different FCC ID key? 2015 - 2017 Ford F-150 Smart Key w/ Tailgate 2 Way 5B FCC# M3N-A2C31243300
I followed your website instructions and ordered this key with a specific FCC ID for my vehicle, but you shipped me a key with a different FCC ID. When I called customer service, they would only refund if I paid shipping both ways and a 30% restocking fee, even though this was your error. This is a breach of contract according to Federal and Florida consumer protection laws. Items must match seller descriptions and they are also obligated to ship what was ordered, not a different part of their choosing.
