Why did I receive inoperable key with a different FCC number when I ordered this key? It doesn't match my order. 2015 - 2017 Ford F-150 Smart Key w/ Tailgate 2 Way 5B FCC# M3N-A2C31243300
The key also doesn't work since the FCC number doesn't match. Why do you ask buyers to verify the FCC number but your company doesn't verify that they are shipping the fob with the correct FCC number before shipping? What use is there to "make sure to order the correct FCC number" if you aren't going to ship it?
