Hello. I am having a problem with the only Fobik Key that the used car dealer had given to me when I recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan SE. The remote fobik does not lock any of the doors, nor does it lock the back hatch. I can hear a clicking noise when I push the unlock button, but not the lock button. I didn't know that the doors were not being locked until the other day when I checked to make sure that the back hatch locked because I was leaving my concealed weapon in the car while I went into the doctors office..My question is where do I find the FCC numbers that you are asking for. I looked all over my fobik, and even took it apart. I also changed its battery but that did not help the issue I am having. I have a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan SE, and I believe I chose the correct fobik. It only has a lock and unlock button.

The FCC ID & PART # is usually printed on the back of the Remote. If it is not printed on your remote or if you lost your original remote, please call your Local Dealer, by giving them the VIN number of your car. They can provide you with the information.
